Ideatrade offers a range of Internet-based services through the Website, collectively referred to as the “Service.” One such service allows users to purchase custom merchandise from Ideatrade and various sellers, collectively referred to as “Products.” These Products can be purchased through the Website using various payment methods. After placing an order, Ideatrade will ship the product to you, and you will be responsible for payment.

Cash on delivery (COD)

Credit/debit cards

5. Shipping

We deliver all orders within Bangladesh and to selected international locations. We use third-party courier companies such as Redx Steadfast, and Pathao. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but most orders are delivered within 5-10 business days.

6. Returns

You can return any product within 10 days of purchase if it is defective, does not match the product description, or is the wrong item. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team and provide an unboxing video of the product. If the unboxing video shows that the product is defective, we will refund or exchange it for you. If the unboxing video shows that the product is not defective, we will not refund or exchange it.

7. Privacy

We will not be liable for any damages arising out of your use of our website or the products you purchase from our website. This includes, but is not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
